Participation in Seminar Organized by the Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro

On April 26, Sergio André spoke during the second seminar “Controversial Topics at CARF”. The topic of the presentation was taxation of cost-sharing agreements, with focus of the tax treatment of remittances to non-residents. The seminar was coordinated by the Special Commission on Tax Affairs of the Rio de Janeiro chapter of the Bar Association. Several CARF (administrative tax court) members participated in the seminar.
