Sergio André took part in the internal seminar organized by the Tax Court in Rio de Janeiro (“Delegacia da Receita Federal de Julgamento”). The focus of the seminar was international taxation topics, such as transfer pricing, CFC rules, royalty payments, etc. During the event aspects related to the new taxation of the oil and gas sector were also discussed.
