The second edition of the book, “Tributação de Lucros Auferidos por Controladas e Coligadas no Exterior”, published by Quartier Latin, is now available. The book, which includes a foreword written by Ricardo Mariz de Oliveira, analyzes in detail the rules established by Law no. 12973 of 2014.
